The flowing water creates a smooth, veil like effect, long exposure was used to show motion of the water. The peaceful beauty of the cascading waterfalls at Salt Springs State Park, Franklin Forks PA, USA. One of three waterfalls on the hiking trail at this Pennsylvania state park.
