Art Chat

This is a combination chat room / discussion board. It's pretty unique. You can instantly chat with any artist who is currently online, and whatever messages you post will be visible all throughout the day for others to view and respond to.

Note - This Chat Will Be Archived and Saved At the End of Today

Just another day in paradise. This is the most underutilized feature of this site. Now that the forum are for paying members only and for those members that have not been banned for one reason or another or even no reason this chat area should really grow?

Got premier site and the press release is all jammed to one side Problem is the width in css style sheet is 47% ...If someone could just delete the width it would fill the page like it should...Any one got that one solved?

the chat won't grow because the chat is very limited, hard to use, limited space to type above and below, only so many characters as well, and if you don't copy what you write, it may not post, and you have to start over. plus its not manned by staff, so people having questions, won't get answers.

jim you'll have to contact tech support for that.

I think those are positive things you point out about the chat Mike, a few tweaks and it good actually grow, The best thing is that's not manned by "staff" it's staff that has all be killed the forum. I don't find this hard to use at all. I like that it has limited space, to many are oh so long winded.

Right now the only thread in the forum which is even half baked entertaining is the one where they are still talking about the trolls, titled "money not time". Even the remaining few couple of active members can't decide on any common ground. It's pretty funny if you ask me.

If one looks at the troll threads, which is hard to do now, but if you remember correctly it's the troll threads that were very popular in the forum, I mean people used to pull out popcorn to participate and view them. Bill S' s threads were among my favorite and he was often called a troll and his threads closed and he was banned and yet you have to admit they were entertaining.

Another favorite of mine was The Digital or SABA , what ever happened to him ?

The thing about the troll threads is they provided spice and a bit of character to the threads. Most of the time The more technical ones are not of interest to me.

Hello Ronald, so true, I mean if I want technical I google it ans I get all the technical my heart desires. Lol

One thing I found annoying was all the supposed tips for new people, it was like a broken record and everyone wanted a piece of the new person.

Mario Carta

Then of course there were the know it all 's that have to chime in on every single thread and give their opinions as if they were experts on the particular subject being discussed, even though it was obvious they had no clue.
